FAQs
Where do I pick up my merchandise?
All merch can be picked up at Tater Tot, located inside Garage B at the Speedway. Additionally, merch can be ordered online and picked up at Tater tot during Freshest in Boston from 6-8:30 p.m.
Can I order merchandise in person at Tater Tot?
No. We encourage everyone to order online to experience our online retail experience. However, if you have any questions or need accommodations for an in-person order, please see a volunteer at the Tater Tot pick-up inside Freshest in Boston. We’re happy to help!
Can I order produce through the website?
No. You can only buy totes and stickers online to pick up at Freshest. However, we do invite you to explore our online store to see how our Fresh Truck shoppers can shop and buy fresh produce online. To view our online store, select “See online market” located by the “Merch” header.
Can I pay cash?
No. We only accept credit and debit as payment for merch. Tater Tot volunteers do not have cash on hand and cannot accept cash as a form of payment for online pick-ups. Therefore, please process all pick-up orders as credit or debit.
