Can I still shop the Fresh Truck in person?
Yes! Fresh Truck markets still operate Monday through Saturday. Check out our schedule to visit and shop a Fresh Truck market in or closest to your neighborhood.
When can I pre-order?
It is never too early to shop online! To ensure availability for your pre-order, we recommend placing your order at least a week in advance. If online spots are no longer available, visit one of our regular mobile markets to shop.
To submit a pre-order, you must place it at least 48 business hours before the selected pre-order time and location.
How do I place a pre-order?
- Click ‘Shop Online’, at the top of your screen
- Select the items you wish to purchase
- Once you are ready the cart menu will pop up to select pickup location, date, and time slot
- Fill out information on the checkout page.
- Use a cell number to get sms notifications.
- Select payment method and select "Complete Order"
How do I pay?
We take Credit/Debit/Fresh Connect at the checkout page. Otherwise please bring your form of payment with you when you come to pickup.
Why don't I see my neighborhood Fresh Truck market on the list?
Unfortunately, some Fresh Truck Mobile Markets do not currently offer online pre-order pickup.
We are always adding new Fresh Truck Online Market pickup sites! Contact us + follow us on our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to be the first to know when online pickup comes to your neighborhood!
How do I pay with my EBT card?
Choose “SNAP/EBT/HIP” as the payment method at check out when using SNAP/EBT or HIP to complete your pre-order.
How do I pay with my credit/debit/Fresh Connect card?
Choose "CREDIT" as the payment method at check out and enter the card number, expiration, and security code to complete your pre-order.
What if I can’t pick up my order?
Please call us as soon as possible at 617-798-0589 to make alternate arrangements.
How do I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order over 48 business hours in advance, you can cancel your order by giving us a call at 617-798-0589. If it’s within 48 business hours of your pick up, please call us as soon as possible at 617-798-0589.
